Welcome to Park Space.
I founded Park Space in February 2025 to address a gap in the market. Historically, commercial parking advice has been concentrated among a small number of providers, with perspectives often shaped by operator or vendor experience. In conversations with owners, asset managers and industry representatives, I heard the call for more choice, fresh thinking and strong commercial discipline.
Park Space is a new, independent option in the parking consultancy landscape. Created to bring an owner-side perspective to commercial decisions, I provide owners and asset teams with more choice, clearer information and stronger commercial outcomes. Over the last 12 months, I’ve been working behind the scenes with clients I’ve worked with previously. Long-term relationships are central to how I work - I aim to be a trusted advisor you can call on when decisions matter, whether it’s a one-off project or ongoing support over time.
After delivering a range of successful projects, I am excited to launch this website and make my services available to new clients.
My approach is grounded in a client-side perspective, shaped by many years in airport parking and ground transport portfolio management. Environments where performance, innovation and accountability are non-negotiable. I’ve also held advisory roles supporting commercial and retail property clients with practical, commercially driven guidance.
Through Park Space, I help client teams with strategy development and hands-on delivery of clear, transparent and actionable commercial advice. My skills can be applied across a wide range of parking contexts, including commercial property, retail, councils, airports, hotels, hospitals, universities, stadiums and entertainment precincts. I work with people making or influencing decisions that shape the customer experience and commercial outcomes of a parking asset, including owners, asset managers, property managers, investors, developers, designers and financiers. Where appropriate, I collaborate with adjacent consultants so clients can access complementary capabilities within one project.
At its core, my work helps clients to build stronger business cases, secure at-market pricing, improve contracts and implement operating models calibrated to the needs of each asset.
